How to change base running controls?

In the moments you run the bases using the left stick up to advance or down to go back, but in regular games it is RB and LB, is it possible to switch the base running to the stick method or is that only possible on player locked moments?

No you can't change controls in moments. Player locked moments use the RTTS controls
