Custom League Error Message

I'm in a league that has mostly PS5 users, a couple PS4 users (including myself) and one X-box user. We just advanced to the playoffs and now none of the PS4 users can access the league. Every time we try it crashes our game. Has anyone else seen this or know a fix? Thanks everyone!
