PIN POINT issues?

is anyone having issues with there controller batteries being low and on the "pull down" release point you cant finish on the pull down? it only happens when I'm running low on batteries. also sometimes on the 2nd half of the pitching motion it glitches and freezes (for example on a fastball its DOWN, UP, DOWN I get to UP and I cant pull down because the game has said that's where I released it...
