Got 50 wins in 73 games. Honestly, I had fun. Polo was a nice twist and I got to play with a lot of different players. Nice change of pace from rs will I wait for next season.
Yeah it honestly wasn't horrible. I got my 25 and got stopped since I really don't need any additional packs/rewards but I really wasn't that bad.
Perhaps that's because I got my wins early before everyone caught on to playing the OF deep and RF/LF to the alley's lol

I don't know if I played any opponents with slow outfielders. I can't count how many perfect/perfect flyouts I had from left to right center. Everything in the gaps was getting tracked down and rarely were [censored] getting over anyones head. It evens out since I hit my fair share of BS homeruns down the line, but I am definitely ready for more traditional games again.
100% buddy it was infuriating to me on a loss i had against a guy there - what a joke of a stadium -

It took me 2 days to grind the USA map. But you do get tons of 84 & 83 gold pitchers from the prospects to then pitch in the event

I also don't have too much time to play each day. It will take me about a week if the CPU doesn't outsmart me.

What I did was steal the fans from the crappy ranked teams, then I'd just fill in all the empty space near spawn area. Then head to Seattle and take them out. From there take the west, south, Florida then work up the east coast.

And yes ik that record sucks, I'm not used to playing online
We seem to be similar. Historically I win about 1 of 3 event games. I think I am at 18 - 34 right now. I really hope these wins carry over to the next event so I can maybe get to 50 wins.
I can't believe all the insanely good records that the people I play have. 30 - 3. 17 - 1. 13 - 0. I even managed to beat some of them who didn't seem quite as good as their record. (They hit the R2 button a lot!)
Speaking of R2. It doesn't seem fair. I've started stepping off the mound when they R2 me to death but there seems to be a limit of how many times you can do that in an inning. There does not seem to be an R2 limit.
I'm not even sure if this R2 thing actually helps.

If the CPU has 3 or more in a spot it means they are about to attack. Also if you can try to make sure to have a 2 space area around the strongholds so they can't block you easily. What I also do is take all the spots around a stronghold before I take it, that way they can't reinforce those spots.

This is what I’m not getting…my ranked record is 40-21but in this event everyone I play has an equal or better record…essentially i get no easy wins and that sucks.

This is what I’m not getting…my ranked record is 40-21but in this event everyone I play has an equal or better record…essentially i get no easy wins and that sucks.
The crazy record I saw during the event was 215-15 and I got destroyed that game.
On a side note the records they do show us is our ranked record not the event so I think out of the games I did like 10 were losing records in ranked. -

I'm surprisingly 9-0 even though I only have 7 wins in the event and have probably played 25 games at least.
