Why Is It A Thing?

To just sit there in the pre-game menus and not ready up. What is there to accomplish?

I figure they are on their phones or something.

I think it is just people that really arent paying attention or have a bunch of stuff going on. I honestly prefer that so I will wait them out. usually the easiest competition lol.

Yeah I agree on all above but frequency has me baffled.

I might be able to agree there LOL. most of my wins in BR come after waiting one out.

I notice this alot in BR. I'll give you 3 secs to select your pitcher. If you don't have one elected by then, next.
And if you don't have your lineup set, next.

Think you are missing out man. Those are usually the inexperienced, easiest to beat.

I dont mind this as it just back out after 15 seconds if i cant hear the clicking going on for the other player.
Its the ones who make me wait 60 seconds at the start of the game which annoy me more!

Part of me has thought it was people on last gen vs. my next gen loading quicker. Of course, I thought that until I had a long wait and then played in someone's created stadium.

I always think the same thing. I figured they were an older generation and my PS five and Internet we’re just fast. I feel like I’m always waiting around.

Theory someone came up with was that it was old gen users as to why it took so long at the start of a game.
