Why are there pitch speeds slower on legend slower than mine are on allstar? Is it an illusion or what? I'm not trying to start a conspiracy post or anything, but if you watch koogs or kyle it looks like the are playing with rookie pitch speeds online.

It's because you are watching someone else play on a video. It always looks slower when you aren't trying to look for a pitch.
