I think he said "they always do him dirty" which means he's referring to previous years. Which is kinda true, Vida Blue was as dominant as anyone but his cards are often underwhelming. Hopefully this one won't be.

This card is the first 99 we have ever gotten for him and the only other no hitter card(Leiter) has a very strong argument for the best pitcher in the game. I don't think this card will be done dirty at all

Vida had a 99 in 17 that was filthy. This card is going to be in peoples rotations for quite a while. Can’t wait to see how his card looks

I said they do him dirty as in they do his cards in other games dirty. He is always worthy of a 99 but ususally gets 97 or lower cards with no control. I have no idea how this card will look like. But they could still give a mvp card of 71 considering that was his best year.

I always find his delivery hard to pick up so I actually hope the card sucks lol.

Yeah I was more so referring to he hasn't got a 99 since the switch to 125 attributes. All these 94-98 cards were 99s in 17

I’m nervous to face this card but excited as hell to have him in my rotation. I always love Vida cards. I have a feeling he’s going to be the best pitcher in the game for a few weeks here.
