Freeze off question

Is it possible for one person to leave the freeze off and the other to still be stuck in the game? I thought it closed when one left

you'll know when they left.

It does close when one leaves. If you are messaging your opponent and he says he left, he's lying

I know cuz he's a terrible liar lol but that begs the question why lie for so many messages just for a win. I would quit but on principle I'm not going to lol
