It’s amazing how many you have pulled this year… when you choose to play offline only

Offline only? What a waste.

Actually, this is only the second one I pulled.
Lol, I pulled one back in 2016 in April when I didnt even start playing DD yet really. No online games for sure. Also pulled Miguel Cabrera that Month too, (was a diamond back then). Amazing what cards they give to you when you dont play. No Trouts since.

Collecting cards, enjoying the game the way you want to, not dealing with bad connections and douche bags online. There are a few reasons to only play offline.

This. When I play offline I don't have to worry about 'children' who have a 'win at any cost attitude'.
I also don't have to worry about the cpu quick pitching me, holding R2, replaying homeruns, putting in an RP as a starter, sending me messages asking me to boost stats, and Dashboarding so my Homeruns don't count.
-
So then I would just play franchise. thats just me I guess

In franchise you can collect cards or you are stuck with the same line up all the time? I don't get why people care if someone plays offline, online or both, why does it even matter? Before you say it doesn't or you don't care, you obviously do because you've messaged twice about it.
DD has loads of things to do offline especially now that they did the stats accumulation offline as well as online so they obviously know there is a large portion that plays that way.

Unless you get paid for your ranked record at the end of the year, online is a waste, too.

well im sitting on lunch break bored first of all. its just kind of weird to play a mode designed for building a team with the sole purpose of playing online. but playing that mode offline.

I guess, unless you like to compete against other people. which is kind of the entire point of DD

But it literally isn't the entire point. Conquest? Against the computer. Showdown? Against the computer. Moments? Against the computer.

Where is it said that online is the sole reason to play diamond dynasty? They say over and over how the game is made for everyone offline and online. YOU think it's online and that's fine, lots of people do but look at ehat happened with the stats for cards last year, how many people got upset that you can't do that offline. There is a large part of the player base that doesn't play online.

well yeah because you play conquest and what not and then you take your guys online and they have like 100 homers because youve been dominating the computer. its nice to actually know what they are doing vs actual real competition

Dude don’t be like that. DD can be for any type of player. Especially nowadays. The whole “ultimate team is for H2H” is really old. It’s a card collecting game where you can use the cards in multiple modes. Period. I don’t know why people who mostly play online constantly try to tell others what they need to use their cards for. And I’m a split 50/50 online and offline player.

That point is invalid because online and offline stats are seperate. The only thing that would carry over from me playing online, after playing offline most of the year, is any cards that I've already paralled.

It’s just a lot of time and energy earning cards you could just use right now if you play offline. 99 over live series collections reward chipper is just chipper, you don’t really need to get every LS card if you’re an offline player.
Roster control - Move Players - LS collection finished in 35 seconds. Why grind moments and simulate 1,500 conquest territories.
