Why are you pressuring me to build my Created Player?

Its one thing to have certain moments where we have to hit with our "Ballplayer" but to have to pitch too? Then you give us a mission that sets us up to fail against the Yankees? I mean I beat the daily moment but not after several tries and me cursing at the television. Stop pressuring us to build our players. Im not going to build him up so stop creating moments for it. Worry about the recycled cards you keep releasing. Maybe we need another Pedro lol

I’m with you. “You can play how you want and earn just about everything” is a bit old at this point. Not even close to a reality.
You can’t possibly earn Britton without logging in 25 days of the month, and using CAPs for about 10% of those. And that’s if you complete the moment on every one those days. That isn’t at all “play how how you want”. That’s very much, “play exactly how, and when we say, until we say your done”
Programs are no different now either, it’s not about earning cards at your own pace as the year goes on. It’s dedicating large amounts of time before a threshold is done and you can no longer earn them. Then repeat the process or lose out on the ability to earn cards. It’s become greasy.
All that while people boost and the Devs stay ghost.

I'm not trying to be a [censored] but if you can't do these daily moments on veteran even with the base ball player, you really have some issues in the game. I'm not a great player by any stretch and I have zero issues getting any of these done. My ballplayer is 100% base for pitching and I did it on the first few minutes. Have up a homer to judge that I don't think has ever landed but that was it. Took 2 innings to get the 2 Ks but it was super easy. All of the hitting ones have been too.
I can see struggling with the ballplayer one if you haven't done anything with him but it's still on veteran. Should be easy for most

I get your point but the daily missions with the created player are not very hard. I don’t touch the created player stuff because I don’t care about that portion. But what I did do, is whatever non sellable equipment I had, I went on to my created player menu and equipped those items to give him a bunch of boosts. That at least increased his attributes quite a bit to help with these missions
There is some non sellable diamond equipment items that they have given out, those offer pretty good attribute boosts. I’d recommend checking that out

Getting Aaron Judge and Stanton to strike out were easy. It was getting DJ or Luke Voit to strike out. After about 20 straight attempts of DJ putting the first strike thrown into play, I started intentionally walking him, and then Luke Voit turned into a contact machine

Why do they always wait until I complete the challenge to change it? I remember that nightmarish Jackie Robinson challenge last year in Forbes Field, and getting it done only for it to be immediately changed

They must have edited the moment. I did it this afternoon and if I didn’t get three Ks in one inning it said I failed. I had to strike out the side

Same. They kept popping out or grounding out making contact. I had one scenario with two on and two out and 2 strikes facing Aaron Hicks. I threw a curve but missed my spot and it went in dirt prompting the runners to go and one got thrown out to end the inning. I was LIVID!!

I havent not completed one daily I have attempted. Including this one so lets get that straight. But this one was maddening!!!
