What's a good one that will get alot if assists AND put outs?

I think you might be a little bit confused so I’ll do my best to explain:
Loadouts are different ball player builds created by you, neither is better per say. I think you may be referring to different archetypes which’s are the bases that each loadout will be modeled by.
If you wanted to do missions primarily centered around assists and putouts you’d probably go with a branch off of the fielding based archetype.
However, what I think you’re trying to ask is which position to put them at to acquire these. For putouts, you want to be a first baseman because every throw to first nets you a putout (in a sim game you could get 10-15 in RTTS) for assists maybe a middle infielder, or in DD put them at catcher and throw pitches in the dirt to go for a dropped third strike. Catcher would work for putouts too, every strikeout counts as a putout for the catcher, unless its dropped 3rd strike
