Is there a way to check who lost a game in case of frozing?

Taking this Sunday to grind some Ranked I was winning against this guy 3-0 in the 8th, but the game suddenly froze and of course... wouldn't like to take the risk of getting out the app and get the L. Is there a way to know the result or this works like 17 that the last guy waiting is who get the W?

Think you have to either wait it out or take the L. If the other guy quits, it will show you I believe

This sort of thing happened way back in the days of mlb the show 17. I got a flashback Brandon Phillips simply because I didn’t want to turn off the ps3. Or was is ps4? you get the point. Pre order mlb 22.
