Lots of people in California sold their houses for premium prices and moved to Texas.

Joe Rogan, is that you? Lol what are your thoughts on CBD and micro dosing?

You're gonna have to help me out with that reference, because I know who Joe Rogan is but I don't really follow him.

I used to listen to his podcasts, still do if he has Bill Burr on. He just blabs on and on and on about hunting, micro dosing mushrooms, anything that has to do with weed and derivatives, saunas, deer meat. It got old for me.

Okay but I still miss the connection with my comment about Californians selling their houses and moving to Texas?

He decided to move when he signed his huge deal with Spotify, supposedly because of Covid restrictions but it was all about taxes; he talked about it non-stop. Now that I think of it, he may be going senile because he basically says the same stuff over and over for 3 hours each episode

He loved living in CA and talked about how much he liked going to the Comedy Store hanging out with other comedians; then he signs a 100M $ deal and oups! Ca not good anymore because of “freedom”...

Aah okay okay I get it now thanks for clarifying. Yeah I mean why not just be honest about it and say you don't wanna donate half your income to state taxes. Nobody will blame him lol.
