Is HOF...

Harder this year or did I get worse? Every year since 2015 I've made World Series on a regular basis. This year I'm like 60 and 30 and I havent made it past 850. Everything looks faster this year and I'm hitting way worse. Any thoughts? And I'm fine with not being elite, I'm just curious if anyone else is in the same boat?

I think the fact that pitch speeds seem a little faster and pinpoint pitching being so OP makes the game a little harder

It's ridiculous. I'm having such a hard time hitting this year. I'm contemplating just losing 4-5 games on purpose just so I can go back to All star hell. Not too mention all anyone ever throw is Corbin burnes sinker then cutter combo.

Bigger skill gap on HOF this year. Good player are thriving and the players that shouldn't be at that level fall off quickly when they reach it. It's great

Just honest

It's for sure harder. My PCI last night on the one game of ranked I played was pretty [censored] small and I have a top tier team.

I also just feel like I'm in a bad spot hitting and timing up pitches is actually harder than placing the PCI right now.

Yea people are seeing him and the lack of a 4-seamer hurts him.

We all have our strengths. I'm def way better hitting off speed. I get blown away by heat so much.

I can sit sinker and one location and still be late. I overthink it.

True story here. So HOF was not fun and I could not react or recognize pitches. I decided to tank from 850 to 400. First game on all star I am facing Kopech and no chance of hitting a fastball. Thing was hand to glove faster than I see streamers on legend. Some reason switched from wired to wireless and think I am now sitting at like 803 and haven't lost a game in a while.

Morale of the story is tanking didn't help me at all. Coincidence or changing to wireless helped. Scored 10 runs in last HOF game. I was getting 1-3 hit on all star for a while. Had to wait for off speed pitches to hit in order to score on all star.

The lack of balls down the middle and way less check swings this year is making a lot of people change their game plans. Last year you could sit fastball and check swing any off speed out of the zone. You have to be much more patient this year because you may get 1 or 2 cookies in 3-4 innings and you have to capitalize

Well then, why did you shadow nerf pinpoint then? So now perfect pitches go outside the PAR. Seems like you're trying to lessen that skill gap by making more random pitches like last year.

I don't know about HoF (don't play enough games in RS/good enough) but on AS the speeds are slower, at least I think. Maybe the connections are just better, but in 20, 2 out of 3 games I was late on any type of FB.

Not even joking but usually PP does what it's supposed to but it's floating pitches down the middle for me but these games have all been laggy today.

probably because on WiFi you're bottlenecking the connection speed down to your level, if I had to guess
