No. We should be able to exchange all no sell cards. Its bull**** we cant.

Would you still this strongly if you lost any collection rewards associated with a particular card. After all, you would no longer have the cards required to have Mantle or whoever.

That makes no sense. You have always been able to collect a card, lock the missions, complete them and quick sell the LS cards. Only reason you're no longer able to is because SDS is trying to push people to purchase more stubs.

It makes perfect sense. All SDS has done is put the collect back into collect. If you collect something and quick sell it or exchange it, and then I ask to see it, have you really collected it.
You're already getting your benefit by collecting it, or you would never have locked it in, in the first place. Is Mantle not worth locking in cards for, that you never can get rid of. If he's not, then don't lock them in.
