Why do my cards just keep disappearing

This has happened to me twice already where I look at the collections menu and view a player that I already have but it says I don’t have that player. Then when I look at my lineup that player that they’re saying I don’t have is in my lineup. Once I take that player out of my lineup the player just dissapears completely. Has this happened to anyone else?
