I’ve been having the same problem has anyone tried uninstalling and reinstalled
Yes, I tried. Did not fix it for me. This is the response I got from MLB the Show:
Your issue could be due to a firewall configuration close by. Either a restriction in your home firewall/NAT or one imposed by your ISP. Users need to be able to connect to our servers via the following ports:
10000 (TCP) < more than likely this is being blocked somewhere
10050 (TCP)
10051 (TCP)
11000 (UDP)Did opening up those ports work?

I have never encountered many network errors with any game I have had until I downloaded The Show 20. The came continually froze and then a network error would follow. I assumed that this was a bug in the game and hoped there would be a patch soon. After a while, I started researching these errors and ran across the Puma 6 modem chipset stuff and changed out my modem. That didn't fix the issue either. I deleted the game several times over the last 2 weeks and reinstalled. I did notice that I was having an issue with rebuilding the database at times. I took a chance and changed the hard drive to a SSD and that cured all the freezing gameplay and network errors. I still can't figure out why the error messages weren't more accurate.

Did opening up those ports work?Unfortunately that does NADA.

interesting, is that hard to do?

On a PS4 Pro, it's not hard at all. Before you make that investment, you may want to put the device in safe mode and try to rebuild the database. If that starts giving you problems then your hard drive may be going as well.
I was more caught off guard at how the game didn't provide more accurate error messages that would have helped me identify what was really going on.

Good to know I’m not the only one having this problem, I’ve disconnected from about 15-20 online seasons games.... go to any other game or anything and it’s perfectly fine

I’ve been getting network errors everyday for the past week. Yet my WiFi isn’t actually going off. I have an Ethernet connected to my PS4 so there’s no latency issues.
Same here last game up 6-3 on the yanks playing with Texas in ninth. Network error even tho my WiFi never went out and I got the L. Always fun limiting the potent yanks to 3 runs with inferior team then the server giving me the L. Could log back in and play next game immediately too after which was funny. Unreal

I’m getting network errors and my wifi is completely fine. Have no idea how to fix this.
-
I hard wired my PS4 and have had NO issues since
-
In my experience this is likely a router issue. If your router does any type of automated rebalancing, which I came to find out the router provided by my cable company did, it'll kick you from DD, but your internet doesn't disconnect long enough to get bumped from ps plus. The best way to fix this is to hard wire. The second best way to fix this is to force your internet provider to send a tech out to test speeds and demand their latest router. If it's configured wrong or if there's any communication issue between router and modem then this issue will continue

I can relate with literally everyone here. Totally sucks! The odd thing is I had much much slower internet and this problem never happened. Now that I upgraded my internet, I’ve had lost connections almost every 10-15 minutes. My internet provider (spectrum) has informed me multiple times they are not the problem. Please SDS, help out.

Also, just to add to my previous post, I know my wifi is not the problem because I opened up the Show '19 and tried to play a game on RS there and I had zero issues. I have to believe the servers at SDS for the Show '20 is the issue. This truly sucks. The Show is literally the only game I play.
