Network Error help

I keep getting network error whenever I play any game mode in Diamond Dynasty. But whenever I play another game, like madden, it doesn’t happen. Can anyone help ?
Mlb runs fine on my wifi, but brought to a friends house and he set the wifi up on custom or something, and i kept getting the same thing. Idk how you set up your wifi to the ps4, but id try deleting the wifi off your ps4 and redo it. Unless youre running ethernet or you sure you did the easy setup.

I am in NS Canada and I seem to get disconnected every 20 min. Got booted at 11:55, 12:15 and 12:35.

Same here Halifax NS every 20 mins I get booted back out to the main menu

I am in Cole Harbour. I called Bell and they said that everything was good on their end. I don't lose internet connection, just lose the connection with the show servers. So frustrating.

Im also in Cole Harbour, and use Bell.. Common theme here.

Sounds like the ports are being blocked by your router/modems firewall. You may need to port forward or lower your modems security settings to allow the traffic from the ps server through unimpeded

I called Bell today and they reset my modem. It worked! Hope it works for you guys too!

They just reset your modem?

They did something on their end, had me change the port my cord was plugged into on the modem and had me unplug the modem and remove the battery for 10 seconds before plugging it back in

They said they reset everything on their end

Does anyone know if tomorrows update is a patch? Or if its just content? I cant find a solution, keep getting errors.

I cant even use MLB the Show anymore! As soon as I'm on the main page it says Network Error you have been disconnected from MLB the Show server. I've reset the router and re-installed the game. Internet is working fine! Other games working fine! I've called Playstation and Spectrum, and no one can help! What the heck is going on??

Yeah in the past couple days I can't even stay on the Diamond Dynasty page for more than a few minutes before it boots me out with the "network error" message. I just updated my modem to see if that was the issue and clearly it's not.

I hope this content update fixes the network error because i haven’t been able to play since last Friday
