Previous Inning Programs

It's because they want people to buy stubs. It's a sick game played by greedy people.

Mostly every card that is a reward card coming from an expired Inning Program or Events can be purchased via the market. So even if the Inning program or Event is no longer playable, any one can still purchase those reward cards. You just can not play those Innings or Events to earn those cards for free. It's only the No-Sell reward cards that are still playable to earn for free. Only exception are Evolution Programs if you did not get the required Rookie card for it. If you missed out on previous Monthly Daily Missions, then you are limited to getting 3 previously released Rookies with this final Forever Daily Program apart from Scott & Yount.

They changed it, they are now giving every one. You get 4 packs on each one I believe. I think there are 13 total and there are now 13 packs available on the DM reward path, not including the monthly DM rewards like Pablo, Those amd McCutchen etc.
But no Alomar. And alas, he is 1 of 2 cards I'm missing. Again, not exactly a crisis, just need to continue to counsel the completionist in me that all is well.
