When playing online in events and battle royal and rank season can you just pitch and hitter and have the fielder's auto . In other words if a ball hit to third will the third baseman automatically field it and throw to first

yep. just throw the ball and close your eyes until it is time for the next pitch.

No it's fully in your hands. You have some assisted fielding but you have to do the work. Ise buttin accuracy for your throwing setting.

Once the ball is hit, you take full control or at least mostly full control. The game won't throw for you at all. If you are struggling with fielding, I think you can go into the custom practice and practice fielding. Not 100% sure on that but I think so.
