Bug Report Help

I put in a bug report due to the Giambi program being broken for me probably the first day it was released and I haven't heard back at all and its still broken. This is normal at this point right? Any one have their bug report issues resolved yet? If so any tips to get it done?

I’ve completed both of the stage 1 moments but stage 2 stays locked. The 4 total base moment has a check but doesn’t say completed in the player program but does in the moments screen.
