Every other week. So next week is a roster update.

They'll have a roster update where they move players around (Pujols --> LAD) and add new players (EXCEPT FOR ALEX LANGE) every week.
Attribute updates are every other week.

Be pretty crazy if pujols has a 4 hit game with 2 homers for dodgers and they give him a LA Topps now card lol even tho the 89 from conquest is a beastly hitter lol

Pujols will have a 99 in the game eventually, don't you worry. (Perhaps he'll be the 10th inning solo reward ala Griffey last year.)
