Contact swing needs to fall out of the nerf tree and hit every branch on the way down.

i just gave up a homerun to a guy on an early hit with trout for 3 runs after he got 2 bad pci base hits, then trout hits a 420+ no doubter where his pci doesnt even get near the ball.

The RNG ranges on HR using contact are borked right now. There's no other way to describe it except broken. It's like they forgot to activate the reduce exit velo quirk.

They have to have data on this. They showed us some last year for power/regular/contact swing. I agree there’s an issue and if they see it on their end, I’m sure they’d agree

It's possible that they want it this way to give little billy a feeling of success.
If you look at CL or RTTS sliders, you can see the contact swing adjustment bar. There's no way on God's green earth that it's sitting center right now for online play. It's tilted towards the right for sure.

I think its silly that they won't even acknowledge it. I know they have better things to focus on but this one can really be game breaking. It's one of the reasons I have stayed away from online this year. It needs to be addressed. No reason for contact swing online anyway imo

I’m not gonna pretend it’s not an issue because it is. I hit a no-doubter with Glavine using contact on a 2 strike count. Not a wall scraper, a full out no-doubter where he had the bat flip and admired it. The guy has 11 power vs righties lol

Yeah I think here lies the issue. It is much more likely that the feedback is inaccurate than it is people are just hitting bombs with bad timing and placement

Ive hit bombs where ive completely missed the ball with the pci so i think the pci is accurate , we just want to believe the feedback is wrong.
