In certain RTTS training minigames there is a bug that can cause the minigame to be unfinishable. These are the minigames reliant on button mashing, so squats and weight lifting. I have carpal tunnel so sometimes one of my hands will lock up while I'm playing, causing me to only hit one of the buttons. When this happens, occasionally the progress bar will not fill and my player gets stuck in an animation loop of going between the starting and ending positions with no in-between. To be honest it's kind of funny looking. But it does suck when you're at 9 and it locks up.

I stop and let the timer run out as soon as my hands start to feel funny ... I can normally make 10 reps and I switch between my fingers and thumbs .... I also try and rock the controller back and forth in my hands to keep from using my digits as hard, if that makes sense

Sorry about your hands. Here's what I do for weight training (yes, this is crazy)... I get on the floor, kneel down, put the controller firmly against my knees, and then mash the L1/R1 buttons with my left and right index fingers. Yes, it's insane, but I do manage to get 12 reps. Plus, it doesn't hurt my hand. I'm 56 and everything hurts 🙂
