RTTS Glitch?

I’m an Xbox player so I’m new to the show this year. I have this problem (I don’t know if it’s a glitch or I’m doing something wrong). In RTTS it doesn’t let me change my archetype or load out. I am stuck on the sparkplug archetype, and none of the other ones even show up/are available. I am also unable to get my player into DD. Is there a way to fix this?

View your loadout and create a new one. As for DD, filter by Ballplayer.
