Missing cards from inventory.

I put in a ticket about of the the 42 players not showing up in my inventory. I submitted pics and proof and they just got back to me tonight. The player is in my inventory now. So don't give up hope. They are working on the tickets.

How long was your wait? I’ve been back and forth since launch. I gave up.

Yeah it's disheartening to say the least. It's been a week and a half since I submitted my initial ticket, and I haven't heard a thing.

I submitted mine Apr 30th for Trout that disappeared from my inventory

I submitted 2 tickets also, completed Affinity and still no Fletcher on of my players went missing. Cannot get Jackie Robinson

Why are you guys taking so long to communicate? I am not talking about fixing issues and taking on tickets. I'm literally asking: Why are you guys so terrible at speaking to your community?
I do not want to hear about being busy, or taking on challenges. We all work, we all take on challenges and we are all expected to communicate when doing so. Even a simple "Hey people, we don't really know what's happening with the servers... we are trying A, B, and C" "Guys that gamemode/feature did not make it in the game because..." "There are currently X amount of tickets that we are trying to address. And right now we are addressing the following" etc. etc.
While there are internet trolls scrounging around the forum look for a billy-goat to eat, a majority of us are upset not because of the issues, but because no one is communicating with us about how issues are being addressed. Refreshing the same 3am Tweet is absolute bulls****. Do more, and be better. Communicate with your community like you care about your community.

@JLaFontNYC_XBL it took about 3 weeks to get a response back. As long as you provide all the info and proof they will help you out.

I've sent 3 tickets since April 24th as well as follow up messages after 5 days to those tickets. I haven't received a single reply to any of them outside of the automated response that it was received.
