Broadcast theme style!

Can anybody tell me how to unlock the broadcast theme style in this year’s game? Mine is completely locked and I can’t figure this out thanks in advance

Which mode are you trying to use it in?

It's always locked for any mode I play in. I like the theme so it doesn't bother me that much but I have wondered why it's locked.
