Error code 0x8007000E has killed my rtts save, is their any explanation as to why i cant save or load? And can it be restored?

I lost my RTTS save as well, just tried to load it up today and apparently it's gone. I just made the majors last night so I'm pretty disappointed about this. Was really enjoying it!

Maybe try and delete local save and pull from cloud save?

As in delete the whole game or only my save files? Part of the problem though is that it gives me the option to "Download From The Cloud" when I choose RTTS right now and.... it says there's nothing found on the cloud.
Situation is weird. I played a DD game last night and my character was there, everything was the same, had 100+ power so it didn't reset my character in DD.... but it's completely gone in RTTS.... I don't get it.

Yeah, your player in DD is based on your Universal Profile. If you delete your RTTS save and start over, you are going to be in AA with that same character (assuming you use the Archetypes and perks, you won't be getting your gear bonuses until that is fixed at some future date).

I had same issue was on the Tigers. The save disappeared. So I reluctantly started over got drafted to Cardinals. But now it's all screwed up I'm in tigers farm league and Cardinals I somehow play games on both teams and sadly get no training days Now I save to cloud everytime to be safe

I meant on Xbox, game saves for most games are uploaded to their cloud so if the local is corrupted sometimes you can delete the local save files from Manage game and addons. Then next time you launch the game the saves will pull from cloud. But it’s possible the bad save synced to cloud so might not help.

How do you save to the games cloud? Did you have to link accounts?

Same issue twice in a week. Total garbage. Done playing until someone can help me retrieve my RTTS progress.

This is absolute trash. Same thing has happened to me twice now and hours of gameplay lost.

Same thing happened to me. 2 years worth of gamng, all gone now.

I think I figured out how to deal with this. First, the error code is related to a Microsoft memory exception, so there’s some issue being encountered with trying to load & save locally. However, you can still upload/save to the cloud. So, if this happens while playing RTTS do this...
- Upload to the cloud
- Restart your game (Go Home, Quit, then Restart)
- Download your save from the cloud
- Save locally
- Play as usual until it inevitably occurs again
- Rinse and repeat
