Dang man - you are further along in your career than me. But then again, I have 4 careers so potentially as a sum I would have that much play time. In any case, your agent should be checking in on you once per year - that's an opportunity to request the change. I know that each time when I've been promoted, shortly after being promoted I've had dialogue boxes with the manager about going back to 2-way. But I'm not sure when those boxes go away (or if they do). So - you're basically exploring the great unknown man. Good luck!!

Cool thanks. Yea I have just the one career. It goes pretty fast because I only pitch every 5 games. Early on in my career my appearances would last like 2 innings lol. I just hit diamond finally.

When you say you have 4 careers do you mean 4 different saves? Or have you just started over 4 times?

@KingAKP_XBL - I've started 4 different times. But "starting over" is a relative term because all 4 of the different toons all contribute to the "base stats" of the "universal player". I have a contact-hitting, defensive minded shortstop who I play with "the hawk" archetype which is diamond and I've completed the diamond upgrade tree as well. I have a speed-burning, contact hitting CF who I play the "big papa" archetype which is also a diamond and currently I'm about 35/100 on maxing that out. I have a power-hitting 1B who is silver. I have a SP who is silver. So basically I run 4 different archetypes and at the main menu before I load an RTTS save, I make active the one I want to play with that save.

My saves do not show up at all. I can't load any saves. WTF is up with that?

At the main menu, when you "highlight" RTTS, do you hit the square button?? If that's not working, I don't know what to tell you man. Contact support? Sorry not to be more help.

I have not tried that. When in RTTS and I go to File Management and choose Load, there are no files to load there.

Yeah, I'm talking about the main menu before you entire RTTS mode. When you move the invisible cursor down to RTTS mode, don't hit X, hit the square button (or on X-box, I guess would hit X but not the A button). That let's you start a "brand new" RTTS career. Basically meaning you restart at the beginning of AA - but with all your same base stats and archetype perks that you've earned.

I have observed that the load option within RTTS does not work - same as you report - no files to load. But if you go back to the main menu, the load function for RTTS does work there. And thus you can manage multiple RTTS careers.

So I can essentially start a new career at AA and still have the diamond archetype for my pitcher on a different save? When i want to use my pitcher I load that save and he will still be a 94 in the major leagues? BTW thanks for all this.. You're really helpful

@KingAKP_XBL - I do my best man. just a guy that's been playing this silly game for 10+ years. Appreciate the kudos. Yes, you can start a brand new career at AA with your diamond archetype on a different save. I actually did the same thing earlier this morning - blew out all my saves and started fresh at AA. I'm juggling a diamond contact archetype (The Hawk), a diamond speed archetype (Cool Papa), a silver Slugger archetype, and a bronze Fielding. Just because why not. Have fun man!!

I've been playing for almost as long but I admit I've just played RTTS a couple times ever and the year I get into it it's super confusing lol.
