Yep. Without the collection you can only get to 98 out of 100.

Being an obsessive completionist paid off big time for me this month. I've gradually been buying them up over the last couple weeks, so when the POTM program launched I already had all but three of them.

Nice, now you can sell the duplicates you get in the program for a big profit.
