Can't hear announcers in MLB the Show 20 on PS4

I had the same problem last with The Show 19 and thought it would change with this edition. It hasn't. I cant hear the announcers in the game or the guy doing "Inside the Show" during franchise mode. I've messed with almost every sound setting to try to get it to work and can not figure it out.

Anybody had this issue?
