SDS...This is a HUGE PROBLEM!!!!

I was playing a TA showdown this morning.
Heading into the final boss, my picture was completely dark! I couldn't see anything but the pitch. When a ball was hit I couldn't see where it was going or if it was going to be caught, so every hit was either a single or a HR.
Luckily I only needed 5-runs and was able to complete the final boss, but that's not REALLY the point!
SDS....you need to pull this game and re-release when it's ACTUALLY ready for primetime. Between server issues, and not getting credit or awards for completing missions or programs you're LITERALLY robbing people of their time and money. No retribution for these issues on a $100 game, plus whatever money and time people have put into this game is completely unacceptable. You are NOT acting like a reputable company and you should be ashamed of yourselves tor releasing a game that clearly wasn't ready for play on any level.
(I've tried to attach screenshots, but I'm getting a "you don't have these privileges" error message. If someone could advise me on how to post screenshots, you'll see what I mean.)

There is so much [censored] going on and the fact we are up to nearly 3 weeks with zero communication on how they are going to fix things is embarrassing,

Are you saying you beat the final boss without being able to see anything? If so, that’s f’ing impressive man.

I was, but I was lucky, obviously. I only needed 5-runs and I had a great team and decent perks. I only had 2-outs left when I hit a HR with Alvarez. But again, not the point. Just because I was able to get it done with a lot of luck doesn't make this okay, (I'm sure you agree.)
