I just lost a 12 inning game against the Cardinals ... on Veteran mode! Unbelievable. 1-1 after the first, and then it stayed that way until an error allowed a run in for them in the 12th.
What's your longest (and perhaps most heartbreaking) "3 inning" conquest game?
Your longest Conquest game?
14 innings against the Oakland Athletics on veteran. Marathon conquest game (winning run a Pete Alonso home run in the top of the 14th) crazy game. I would have been chocked if I had lost. Both me and the CPU had no bullpen or bench players left. I think the score was actually 2-1 or something along those lines.
5 innings, only because I was swinging at everything. Can’t remember if it was rookie or veteran. Side note, the Nats on the 1st inning map were surprisingly tough to beat, even on veteran.
12inn loss to nats 1-0 on vet.
this type of game exists last few years on conquest. its like the cpu won't let you do well hitting on purpose.
Im having that issue on Hall of Fame now. Didnt happen until today but im on my 3rd Hall of Fame level, 1 - 1 extra innings game in a row. Good/squared up hits die at the warning trace, Perfect/perfect hits are caught. I dont know what happened between yesterday and today, but its been ridiculous in conquest today. I think the last game went 11 innings. This one is currently in the 6th and im taking a break before i loose patience.
It feels better to know im not alone, i guess.
Good luck all.

3 innings, it was long because I scored 28 runs.
Believe my highest tally was in 17 and was close to 25 or so. Beyond that my longest run was 9 innings on veteran in 19. Lost too, strangely I had 11 walks, struck out 19, but lost 2-1. I took a long break afterwards.
13 inning 1-2 loss last night. Had an absurd number of good/good or good/squared up and perfect/perfect outs combined with the CPU making I think 6 miraculous diving plays.
