Couldn't help but notice by the glaring lack of mention regarding gear not reliably working in the RTTS mode.
SDS - please note that RTTS players would like to receive their gear bonuses while playing. What's the point of unlocking all the diamond and gold level gear while levelling up your archetype if the gear doesn't work?? Considering that the gear has a certain monetary value (measured in stubs at least), it continuing to not work feels more and more like robbery.
I guess I can have some hope that even though this issue isn't mentioned in the update notes it will just magically start working after Update 4 is in place.

I'm not even worried about gear bonuses yet, the servers down so often I can never equip any of the gear that I have.

Update 4 looks like an emergency rush job to fix RTTS and franchise modes bugging out every time they were opened.
The slider XP and all star game venue would have been a couple of minor fixes that were probably able to be snuck in without comprehensive testing.

Just be glad that the slider settings you make won't penalize xp anymore its been cut to 50 instead of 100

Getting XP does nothing for me now as I seem to have completed the 1st base program. Am I supposed to sign up for something else now?
Do the sliders affect progress on archetype programs?

@SGMRock_XBL - yeah, I'd be leery of changing the sliders. Right now I've also completed the 1st base program. But I'd bet you dollars to donuts that SDS will deliver another program and you'll want to be able to earn XP as quickly as possible to get the shiny rewards at the end of that rainbow.
But for the guys who want to purportedly make the game harder by increasing pitch speeds and other difficulty selections at least they can now and still get some XP instead of none.

I am new to the game (Xbox) after my RTTS games i get some progression to this "1st inning" program I think it is called, sometimes I will play multiple games in a row and it does not seem to move...
As far as equipment, I haven't unlocked much yet but what I do have seems to get "unequipped" from my player pretty frequently. -
