Offline Pickoff Nonsense (RTTS and DD)

Man, I was not expecting SDS to implement quick throws over to first in RTTS. A couple of times my Ballplayer was still taking steps to his default lead when the quick throw came over and I was picked off. Not sure if that change was needed.

Less of an issue but more of an annoyance. Being up to the plate in RTTS and having the pitcher throw over to first 4 consecutive times without a pitch and then throw a pitchout. I could have gone to the fridge and got a beverage during that delay.

Then in DD, in Conquest, while up to bat, I had a runner picked off first. He had not taken an extra step and he was not given the command to steal. That was no fault of my own and completely indefensible. It was just like the CPU decided that I needed a random out.
