Shippett Stadium

Do you guys like playing there? I understand it goes both ways where popups become homeruns, but I personally think it's the cheesiest stadium of all.
-
I prefer the minor league stadiums in general as they're less distracting to me
-
Love Shippett and yes it goes both ways. Huge batters eye and just easy to pick up the ball.

I wish they had that batters eye in stadium creator.

Hate shipped. Much rather have someone pick Laughing Mountain.
-
I’ll play a mlb stadium before I pick shippett. Hate that stadium

Elevation at Shippett is 3000 feet, elevation at laughing mountain is 5000 feet
-
People play there because alot of streamers play there & people are sheep.

True but LM is a big park, Shippet is not. Its like having a field the size of Phillies park in Colorado.
-
If im trying to play a game competitively at all I hate shippett. I'd rather play anywhere else as long as the sun isn't a factor. If I'm just doing one of those moonshot events where I'm going for mostly stats then I'm fine with it
-
No, Pick any other ballpark unless you want a homerun derby.

No, people play Shippett cause its the least laggy out of all the ballparks in the game. Calling people sheep is kinda uncalled for considering you probably play there too and are probably trying to be ironic just to appear edgy

Right, but the dimensions at laughing Mountain are much larger with deep power alleys... Shippett is too tiny and you can play junk corner OFs there like Cruz who you can't get away with at the mountain.

I don't mind playing there just because there's no bad sight line at the plate. Other stadiums like Center City Field are impossible to see certain arm angles in, looking at you Chris Sale...not to mention that the hitters eye isn't even centered with home plate too. It's slightly off to the left and now with created stadiums you can get some monstrosities where there's all sorts of stuff right behind or over the hitters eye to keep you from seeing it well. Overall I just stick with Wrigley since it's a classic site with good sight lines, small foul ground but not a home run derby too.

I'm from Chicago and it's my favorite ballpark lol probably more nostalgia than anything else plus it's not like I can play in my favorite teams stadium cuz the Trop is just atrocious
-
I'll never choose it. Playing there doesn't bother me except that it gets boring playing in the exact same stadium 9/10 times when I'm visitor.
-
I’d rather play at Shippet and be able to use players like Cruz, Martinez and Blackmon who rake but are bad in the field than go to a spacious place like laughing mountain and it’s a doubles festival. MLB parks are always laggy. I just want clean game play.
