Has anyone had much luck with account issues being resolved? I'm going on my 10th business day since submitting the 1st ticket and 2nd request to fix TA exchange points that have not been added to my progress. Both the 50k and 75k exchanges appear as if I didn't complete them (which I did), but both exchanges say that I have completed when I try to open them up.
