Ramona simply gets paid to take the heat or be a face of the game. Similar to Ronnie 2k's job. None of the guys you see on stream or around here are actually that involved in the coding or development of the game.

At least it does not cost tons of currency to buy Packs in MLBTS like it does in pay to win 2K.

He's not a dev and sucks at the game. He is there solely to blow smoke and promote the game.

They're all at their newly purchased bar and grill. They could be there a while as, well, they forgot to include servers.

Not to defend SDS, the game is still hot garbage right now (well, servers and RTTS but gameplay in general is good), but I remember them addressing hot button issues at the start of streams in the past. Now will it be a pre-recorded 15 minutes promo like the pre-release ones or a live one? That could be the difference. Without live Twitch comments, it’s easier to stay silent. They know, they just don’t want to make promises they can’t deliver on and add fuel on the fire... usually.

Where is the community manager, where are the devs? The server status update post hasn't been updated since the 22nd of last month. Devs are non existent and reply to one topic, once a week. Community manager is on a beach in Hawaii somewhere sipping Mai Tais and hasn't been heard from since launch night. Communication used to be something SDS was good at.
