I've never seen a company with worse communication than SDS. This is a MAJOR LEAGUE sport franchise, and you act like a lazy middle school slacker, who can't even give updates to what has caused all these crashes, and what you're doing to fix it.
Do you really need server admins who aren't afflicted with extra chromozones to come fix the f'cing servers?

I feel bad for people that won’t finish the program. I somehow have 88 hours played and I’m at 639k xp right now. I no life this game after work every night, unhandled servers error, check your internet connection, your connection was lost.
They need to give everyone 100,000 stubs for this disaster. At least you can complete some collections or get a couple good cards. I’m sure a ton of people won’t finish the 1st program and its all SDS fault -
As long as people keep dumping money into this game, nothing will change.

I don't like any other games and when I can't play this, I get so freaking pissed off. I can't wait for the 10 free packs we get and inpull all common and bronze cards. If they don't do something amazing to make up for this, I'm done forever. They will never get another dime from me.

Man I’m beginning to get pretty ticked. Lol I’ve told others to hang tight and it will all be smoothed out soon. I expected this as did others with adding the Xbox community and adding next gen. But man I forced myself to grind the US conquest map to grind some parallels before I played any more online.. servers where fine for that but nowww.. nahh not now. Come on man! Plus I just wanna spend some money on cards. Buxton made me a rich man.

I’m sitting around 250k xp but have the Street and Davis programs ahead of me yet. Just need to knock out the online missions then I’ll have them. So I’m close to the boss pack

I grind the whole program every time. I specifically bought a PS5 for this game. Bad enough the game being on Xbox game pass was a huge kick in the nuts then the game doesn’t even work right. They got me for $100 this year, bought the biggest version they had since I dump so much time into it, I figured it would be worth it. Hah jokes on me

Got back in for just enough time to start a new showdown and then it kicked me to the dashboard. I'm sure that one won't count just like the other one I started 30 minutes or so ago.

I was having a good night. Got home from work, had a few drinks, listening to music and was grinding out the USA conquest. Disconnected and I feel like it was someone telling me it’s time for bed. So, I shut the game off and won’t be bothered with trying to wait it out.
I’m like 70k away from the final reward point of the 1st inning program. I’ll probably still get there, I’m guessing, but surely I’d already be there if I got all my double XP and didn’t have all these disconnects. It would be nice if SDS ensures I got that LS Diamond. I slowly put together collections, so I kind of need that.

Went down in a Conquest Mode game immediately after I took a lead. The computer pitcher was mid-windup. Words cannot describe how ludicrous/outrageous this is.
Edit: Got back in. The game went down as a loss. Tried it again and got no-hit thanks to multiple atom balls and gave up my only run on two nonsensical plays.
Thanks a bunch, SDS. Nice to see that my money has been well-spent.
P.S. Please extend the 1st inning program and conquest deadlines to make up for this embarrassing rollout.

Usually takes me about 5-6 months to get burnt out on the game and take a short break. I’m already to that point this year because of all the problems and silence from SDS. Definitely won’t purchase for at least a couple years moving forward. Problems happen but not communicating along the way is poor business and unforgivable.
