Issues with game invites

I played this mostly on Playstation 5 and played a couple times on my brothers series s Xbox. For some reason when ever my brother sends me a game invite I don't get it. It seems like the invite is going to my xbox account even though I'm on the PS5. We can only play if I invite him. Has anyone else had a similar problem or know how to fix this?
