Not trying to break the bank here, so please don't tell me a division collection reward. I really liked the 85 clemente, but at this point his overall is too low and I went from hitting over .400 to hitting a measly .310. I've also used Yaz and he's been really underwhelming. I've also got mookie but his hitting stats are worse than Yaz, so I'm not really sure about that. I'd like to get a guy who has at least gold defense and a pretty good arm, while also having good hitting stats. I know I'm being really specific for players this early in the game, but it's what I'm looking for. Thoughts?

Buxton or 42 Series Gallo

The problem I have with buxton are those hitting stats, and since I'm in CS Gallo's PCI is going to be the size of an almond. Sorry I'm picky af

You’re going to have to compromise if you aren’t looking to break the bank. If you want the best of both worlds, you’ll want Finley, Acuna, or Trout out there. Otherwise, just find someone serviceable in the mean time. Maybe keep practicing with Mookie or Yaz, because I doubt think it could get much better on a budget.

Throw In 42 Santander too. Switch hitter, 86 vision.
Double diamond hitter & fielder -
I've used judge a bit. Low vision but I'd usually rather swing and miss than make weak contact so it's not a big deal

Dude if you can handle the defense being bad get the 42 Dom smith. That card rakes for me

Second this emotion. He’s really an overlooked option.

Have you tried Topps Now Adam Duvall?

No clue their budget so forgive me but some fun cards that rake that should be cheap. Dunn, Kiner, McCovey. I enjoyed those cards and still have Dunn on bench when I need a HR. Trent Grisham as well

Roberto is actually pretty solid. I know he is not a power hitter but he is a hit machine for me. If your looking for more power you will have to sacrifice the pci. If you don't want to sacrifice power and pci then it will cost you. Last year Mookie raked for me, his swing worked for me. I feel with the Show, hitters are all about feel. So find someone that work for you. Buxton is really good. Cruz is amazing if you don't care about fielding. If I had to move on from Roberto, I would try Harpe, but Roberto fits on my team for now. Bunch of those 42 guys would be solid, either the TA ones or get Hank or Griffey.

Yea man I tried but couldn’t move Finest Mookie off second last year. Just hit for me. I have him at RF right now with Finley and Lofton rounding out the outfield. No ball drops period lol

like 150k+. Billy is an intriguing option, but I already have lofton in center so I'm not sure if I want two of the similar player.

Can't hit with duvall cards. He plays like he did with the giants when I use him

My Tom Glavine has better plate vision than Joey Gallo
