Increasing Control when Pitching

Hi everyone,

Outside of the weekly training, is there anyway to increase pitching control through gameplay? I've been reliably increasing break and velocity on certain pitches, but never control even through weak grounds/pop ups. I feel like my control is falling way behind and I choose that option almost every week in training.

Have not found one. Others told me they have same issues when I asked about this on here last week.
