Not getting credit for missions/daily missions

Is it just me. Just played two RS games. Trying to complete 1st inning missions like 42 with 42, competitive dubs, etc. Nothing is being tallied. So i check and sure enough daily missions and team affinity missions didnt get adjusted either. I can handle servers going down, but if im not getting credit for what im doing, whats the point in even playing?
