How in the hell i can bring my RTTS saves from PS4 to my Xbox one??

I try everything but nothing seems to work I sign in to the web page and you get a code on my Xbox to enter in the website but there's no place to enter the code? I link my account on the site to my PS and Xbox and still, I have no option for anything very confuse and frustrated, I have owned the show for years and play via PS for way too long and I have never complained but there are so many things wrong with this one and since it came to Xbox (being that usually play Xbox and I only used my PS for MLB the show) I was excited to be able to play there so I got it via Game Pass (1 month) to try it out and see if I liked well I'm glad I did bc I don't like it and if I don't see any improvement I will be saving my money thanks SDS for ruined for me.

From what I've read you can't bring any past RTTS saves from any gaming platform to The Show 21.
