I understand the frustration with the servers. But it will all be smoothed out here soon. All in all, I knew it was gonna happen with cross play and next gen being added. It makes me mad still bc I only have so much time to play, but it is what it is. No one should be mad at all for cross play finally coming to the show. Because it’s better for the game and the sport itself. It leads to a better game and more content (legends) down the road

I don't think it's fair to completely blame the server problems on new Xbox users. MLB the Show has always had server troubles every year (granted, not to this extent), a lot of online services have had to deal with heavier traffic in the past year and a half, students are wrapping up school and are gaming more this time of year, etc. There are a lot of factors and SDS has been working on these issues—the last thing they need is for this forum to descend into a console war.
The game also just released last week, and not every issue can be hammered out right away. That's what patches are for.
No doubt, SDS will learn from this launch and toughen up their servers next year.

Yes it does, means more people will be online to play it. Which means there will be more people on the servers. This game allready had server issues when it was only on PS
For the most part the servers were always great, the game was never unplayable like it is this year. SDS sold out plain and simple
Way to know what you're talking about.... SDS had no say in the game going to Xbox. Zero. None. MLB basically threatened to take the license away if they didn't expand to other platforms bc their contract was ready to be renewed.. You all sound stupid saying this all the time. At the very least have an idea what you're talking about
Freeloading Xbox user has a clue here??? How is that free game working out for you.... online play is fun huh???
online play has been awesome for the most part.. Go cry somewhere else, game will be fine..
