I started playing on the Xbox one through gamepass since I didn't have my PS5 at the time, but now I got it and bought the game for the PS5. Every time I try to log in on the website with my MLB The Show account, it says "error logging in", making it unable for me to link my PSN account and getting the cross-progression to work. I made another The Show account to test and I can log into it (this one that I'm on at the moment), but not my original account. I just want to transfer my progress from my Xbox One account to my PSN account.
