I still can’t play diamond dynasty online it says challenge failed the game server has closed your session and seems like nobody knows what this is so can someone please help me and tell me how to fix this

I believe once the linking maintenance is done, we'll see the Unlink button back on the account with the Xbox and PS updated. Once we are able to unlink, we can relink to the account that has our proper progress and it should resolve this, but in game there is still no option to Unlink anywhere...
I think it’s done? I see my MLBTS account and it has prompts to link. I just can’t unlink my PSN/XBL stuff still

Are you logged in on your Show account?
Yep! So I’m logged into my show account online, but it doesn’t show me that my PSN or Xbox are linked to it. If I logout of my show account and log in with my PSN credentials from the account page, I see no show account linked but Xbox and PSN are. On the left, it says there is no mlb account associated with my account. When I try to login to my MLB show account from within that same page, I can see my progress that it asks me if I’d like to link, but I then get Platforms Exclusivity error, presumably because my PSN and Xbox are still linked to something. And again, no Unlink button showing for me on the site or in game on either platform. It acts as though they haven’t been linked and gives me the option to link the account, but not unlink it. Hope that helps!

Another user posted a screenshot in response as well that is exactly what I am seeing.
The first image is what I see when I login using MLBTS account credentials, the second is what I see when I use Xbox or PSN to login.

How about some response to being booted off of showdowns after winning them and not earning stubs/TA vouchers. I lost 10 TA vouchers and $2000 stubs because of this, and have not heard anything from SDS on what they plan to do.

@Victor_SDS_PSN I’m experiencing the same. My Microsoft account shows I redeemed the Jackie Robinson bundle. But the preorder/bundle content does not show in my diamond dynasty . Still erased.

The gameplay is good this year. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT TOUCH GAMEPLAY. The servers is the problem at the moment.

What is the PCI for ?? To much HR with the PCI no even close to the ball If the PCI is the bat how you hit the ball with out touch the ball with the bat .

So my MLBTS account shows everything linked. But my in-game process is still wiped. Checked PS4/PS5 and XSX. Do I need to unlink my Xbox to get all my original PS progress and content back?

All of my content disappeared off of my MLBTS account. What do I need to do? I’m already in the process of talking to Sony about a refund but if there is an easy way to get my content back I won’t finish going that route. Nothing is linked to my MLBTS account either.

Yeah I had screen shots of my MLBTS content and it’s gone now. All of it just like @mrsirgoofalot_MLBTS. What I thought was excitement and joy to be able to play again turned into another gut punch. Do I have to send another ticket? Because whatever magic was worked behind the scenes just deleted everything.

We appreciate the update. Sometimes, this is all we're asking for. We just want some acknowledgement and that things are being worked on. For our issues, let us know you know about them. If there's no plan to fix, you can let us know that too. Most of us are adults here and can handle the news, good or bad. As vague as this is, it's good. But it would also be nice to know you're aware specifically of the issues we're seeing or can answer questions.

I still have the same problem you had, how can I solve it?
I logged in using my MLB account on the site, it showed no links whatsoever. Logged out, logged back in using MLBTS credentials and both consoles were linked with Unlink button there and progress restored. It could be happening in waves, but it seems like a lot of people have had progress restored today

Interesting. So I unlinked my Xbox account from the MLBTS and it also removed my PS5 link. When I look at my MLB the show on the site, history it’s back. However now I can’t get back into my PSN account and when I’m in game on the PS5 it says my profile is disabled and offline. So, I’m at least getting closer haha. I’m assuming you re-linked with the code provided in-game?
Edit: PSN crashed. That’s why I am disabled and offline.
