Update 4/26 - ACCOUNT LINKING

So I was disconnected again in mini boss challenge in Showdown...
And I've sent a ticket, cause I bought twice 24k stubs and got them just once.
Will this crazyness ever end, please?Edit: This is totally unplayable for me, another couple disconnections from events. How can I play this game?

Programs were up all year last year, where does it say it won't be accessible after exp?

and the real kicker this year is that the first 2 weeks so far have been mostly un-playable and they (@SDS_Jax_PSN @Victor_SDS_PSN ) have refused to acknowledge and push back the end dates for the first programs (BR,Event,RS,1st INN).....so not only will you be unable to go back and finish them like previous years, you have to navigate the horrendous servers and try to get everything done in a fraction of the time needed.

Hiya folks!
Just wanted to chime in with an update:
- We recently deployed some server side updates that reduced the number of "server exception" errors players were seeing. We will continue to monitor and prioritize server stability as we move forward.
- We have server maintenance scheduled for 4 AM PT on Tuesday 4/27 (tomorrow). If all goes according to plan, this maintenance will include a fix to the unlinking issue that users have been reporting to us here on the forums.
- And yes, we have a game update in the works. I can't go into details, but it includes many fixes to reported issues and more. Stay tuned for more info.
Thank you all for your detailed reports and patience while we work to smooth things over.
UPDATE: Log into the Show Account you created and you should see the red "unlink" buttons. This should unlink your account and your progress should be restored to what it was before the linking.

Come on with this network stuff...I can understand the occasional thing being almost 2 weeks in, but even my optimism has its limits

Unbelievable. They have to figure out a way where you can play and if the server crashes, the progress is still saved and later updated. I know that could hit the server hard later but why do we have the game on our consoles? To play the games. With technology today, don't see why this can't be done with let's say a line of users that get added as the server comes back up. Let us play and we will be happy and not keep griping on here and other places.

My account still hasn’t been restored. I get an error when I login to my Xbox and psn accounts and it won’t let me login to my show account. In game it just says link account like it’s not linked.

No more server errors, no trouble connecting......or atleast thats how it appears but now I'm not getting anything affinity related! no innings, affinity mission stats or even the program mission innings.

I'm still waiting for a resolution / response to this. I don't want to flood the support system with extra tickets so I have been responding via email to my initial one, which used to get responded to and is now being ignored.
I am a loyal player who paid for pre-order and was royally screwed by this. @Victor_SDS_PSN @Collin_SDS_PSN I know there have been bigger server issues to deal with, but surely this issue deserves to be addressed. -
checked back after a week away.. still wont let me link/unlink account and I have no access to my JR Deluxe Edition and DD stuff I bought when this game released.

it worked when i unlinked my xbox account but when i try re-link it does same thing again and erases my progress

I rushed creating my show.com account and am unsure what the actual username is. Is there a place we can check that being logged in from PSN? The reason I am asking is because I have a Series X that I am awaiting delivery on in the next week or so. And will basically play on whichever console my son isn't using at the time. However, all the set up must be done while logged in with the Show.com account and I am always logged in on PSN. I don't even know the Show.com username.

No, just figured out I misread when I made the show.com account that my whole email was actually the username.
