For Colin: showdown Loss after winning 2 time today

Hi Colin and everybody
I like the game, play since 2015 and this year is really Nice. Of course, i had some server issue and no problem, i’m patient and sure it will be fixed soon.
But i ´ve completed the first inning showdown two time today. Beating valenzuela, getting the succes screan and... server issue. Once back, i get the loss. Two Times today!!!!
Is there a way to change that? Can u give me my win? I know i’m not the only one here.

I’ve filed tickets that are outstanding 10
Days now. I understand you are busy and this mess isn’t your fault, but I literally just lost the first inning showdown due to a server error. I submitted a ticket with photos but really don’t have much hope of it being resolved and I’m losing desire to play.I think given the massive issues giving everyone credit for a couple team affinity showdowns and the 1st inning as well as other things wood smooth a lot of things over.
Edit: honestly the biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. I know you can only say what you are given latitude to say, but passing that up the ladder would be appreciated.

Same. I've lost LS players, but still have the collection reward. I also lost two cards from those special packs, 70K stubs, nothing. Hopefully they get back to us before August

I am missing 20 br program points (which put me over 50) and have submitted 2 tickets (1 for each 9 win run I didn’t get points for) and have also heard nothing.

I got a response to one feedback message after sending an angry message that we had heard nothing.
He told me my problem had been forwarded to devs and they were working on it.
Tl;dr game is kinda broken, they're fixing what they can as soon as they can, they'll eventually compensate us but for now here's "double" xp.

I think we can all agree that this year there has been a lot of issues due to server crash, but the game play is awesome. Although, I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I've ripped close to 500 packs probably and still have only pulled an LS Kershaw....and that's it!!! I've spent $100 on this game for pre-order, and have spent $300 in stubs and get absolutely nothing for cards except duplicates!!! Packs are quite the joke this year!

Why offer double XP when that's going to encourage more people to overload the otherwise flimsy servers?

Yeah I get you. I'm in the same Showdown boat as you. I feel like as soon as I try and complete the showdown again, and it works, they'll respond lol

Can something be done about the XP issue too? A lot of us are not getting the double XP that the game says we're getting.
