Hey guys how can I go about asking for a refund for the game. I’ve been playing for years and have never been this disappointed. I’m not the whining type but this is out of hand. I’ve had 8-10 showdowns that I complete for team affinity then my vouchers are missing, and every second showdown mission has disappearing runners on 3rd base. Everytime I get a runner to third base they disappear for whatever reason. Like the next batter comes up and they’re just gone. No clue why but it’s making the game unplayable, I just scored 12 runs against the final boss and tied 12-12 to lose, however I had 5 runners disappear over the course of that mission when they reached 3rd. This is beyond frustrating and this game is severely glitched.

You should probably contact Playstation directly to ask for a refund. They're notoriously unwilling when it comes to refunds though, with Cyberpunk being the exception but that was only because CDPR put Sony in that position when they themselves said they'd offer refunds.

Yeah i have a hard time believing the runners of third base go missing glitch but i do get your frustrations with the missing vouchers. I have gotten patrick corbin like 4 times and still dont have him.. It is what it is.. When i get frustrated at that then i just go play events and grind paralell(how the heck do you spell that durn word?) stats and have fun.

PlayStation won’t refund it. If you do a chargeback on the charge they will ban your account and you’ll lose everything. Your stuck like the rest of us

It’s a real thing. When your player on base has to hit he isn’t replaced. Wasn’t an issue last year, so not sure if a glitch or intentional but either way it sucks.

That video isn’t me but I’ve had it happen twice and lead to losses...between that and lost connections I should have beaten the 1st inning boss and have 2-3 more TA showdown wins.
I absolutely think crediting everyone with 10-15 TA vouchers would be more than fair and maybe the first inning boss too.

If it's broken the report it and come back to it if and when they fix it. It seems insane that you continued to make attempt after attempt at something that you know is broken.
If you bought the game digitally from PlayStation then there is little to no hope getting a refund.

Because we want to play the game we bought? SDS could fix this real quick by sayjng “we understand connectivity issues and glitches do as a courtesy we are going to credit the player base with 15 TA vouchers to compensate for lost runs.”
That would smooth a lot of this over.

I had runners disappear on me too in the RED showdowns! I was like WTF I thought I was crazy.

I had one where my final boss was completely in dark. I could see a silhouette of the pitcher. It actually made it easy because the ball next to the dark back ground was easy to pick up. I just couldn't take extra bases because i had no idea if the fielders were near the ball or not. I hit singles and then two run bombs to win.

They WILL refund your purchase, WITHOUT any effect on your account (other than losing the game) IF you bought the game less than 14 days ago.
If you bought the game more than 14 days ago, from the sat you ask for a refund, you can't get a refund.

How long ago was this? You know they changed their policy?
I called this morning and was told that if I would've bough the game less than 14 days ago (18 days ago I bought it) I could've got a refund.
What was interesting is that when they asked for my PSN ID and saw what game o was reference; he said I see why your calling for a refund.
As for them locking an account due to a charge back: this is the only game I play right now. My PS Plus expires in one month. If they lock my account; it won't matter.

Yep, you dispute someone they will block your whole account which is an asinine point. I work for a bank and a specific reason for a dispute is when something doesn’t perform as advertised and I think We are to that point with this.

If you buy anything elsewhere, order something from Amazon etc, if it doesnt work or is broken you can return it for a refund. Why should a video game be any different? The Servers are garbage. The game literally is unplayable at times. Missions completed dont count, XP doesnt register, the list goes on. By allowing gamers to get refunds if games like this dont work within the first 14 days, it holds the developers more accountable and maybe even more of a sense of urgency to put a working product out.
